You haven't met my developers."<br /><br />Me: "What about them?"<br /><br />Other: "They aren't motivated. They take no initiatives. I could never just help them set a goal and then leave them to it for a couple of weeks. Nothing would happen."<br /><br />Me: "How do you know that? Have you tried it?"<br /><br />Other: "No."<br /><br />Me: "So maybe we should give it a shot and see what happens?"<br /><br />Other: "Hmm.
